Avoiding The Trauma of Missing Relational Skills
Could trauma result from missing relational brain skills? - Are we more susceptible to trauma if we don't possess these skills? - If I lack these skills, am I likely to create trauma for others? There are relational brain skills every person needs to acquire in their infancy and childhood. These skills are gained mainly from mothers and fathers within the first 4 years of a child's life, however, many parents lack these skills and are unable to equip their children with the skills to thrive.
